Chemical Injection Solutions
BMP Enterprises offers downhole chemical injection mandrels to satisfy any application. BMP chemical injection mandrels provide the ability to inject chemicals in applications where a closed system is required.
These mandrels are available in tubing sizes from 2.375 to 4.500 in. [60.3 to 114.3 mm] and pressure ratings to 10,000 psi [68,950 kPa]. They provide field-proven, corrosion-resistant check valves rated to 400°F [204°C]. Our chemical injection mandrels feature a welded attachment lug. The lug provides an NPT connection which allows the attachment of SwagelokÒ fittings, check valves, and filters as well as optional ZOOKÒ rupture disk holders. The standard check valve system is a Swagelok dual check and connects to the mandrel with a Swagelok dual ferrule type connector.
The TXP series chemical injection mandrels feature a standard choice of injection capillary sizes from 1/4 to 1/2 in. with Swagelok connectors. This concept is a field proven configuration used successfully on conventional gas lift mandrels for many years.
TXP series mandrels are available in low alloy steel or 13 cr stainless steel heat treated for corrosive service in wells with moderate concentrations of H2S and CO2. The check assemblies are made from a combination of 316 stainless steel and Hastelloy C276Ò. Metallurgies conform to NACE specification MR0175 for sulfide stress cracking resistant metallic materials.
