To aid in our own personal equipment needs along with the needs of the industry, BMP Enterprises also have an Oilfield equipment fabrication workshop specializing in oilfield completions type equipment including, Pneumatic & Hydraulic powered spooling units of various sizes and designs, sheave wheels for single or multi line installations, onshore and offshore skids, job boxes, shipping baskets and much more. With the ability to fabricate all types of steel and aluminum, we are a one stop shop for our customers. All equipment manufactured at BMP come with certified lifting eyes which have been pulled tested to the max capacity of the particular designs. All sheave wheels are pull tested to approximately 7,500# and are delivered with documented certificates. Multiple sizes of certified slings are also available for purchase with manufactured equipment.

Our 36" Sheave Wheels (most popular design pictured on the right) are made of 1/4" Aluminum bodies with high density polymer wheels which will accept cable sizes up to 2 3/4" wide. These Sheaves can handle anything from single bare cable up to a multi line flatpack. This type of paint is very rugged and makes for easy repairs to keep your equipment looking top notch...even in the harsh Oilfield environments. When requesting quotes for fabrication, please supply the color requirements for your particular needs. Your logo and business information can also be easily added to your equipment when requested. We also offer powder coating of almost all BMP manufactured equipment in any color desired.
